Database backups

A full database backup runs automatically every day and is kept for 7 days. You can also create one on demand and download it right now.

For an off-site copy, tools/backup_db.py still works too — point it at a synced cloud folder (OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox desktop client).

Restore from an uploaded file

Restoring REPLACES the entire database with the backup's contents. Everything entered since that backup was made is permanently lost.

Remove invoice

Void keeps the invoice for audit with a recorded reason. Deleting permanently removes it and frees the meter/period for re-billing — only possible if it has no recorded payments.

These flat-rate meters still show the synthetic seat number from a bulk import instead of a real breaker amperage. Pricing is unaffected either way — this is cosmetic only (receipts / reports). Loading this list re-scans every meter and can take a while.
